I founded Humfrey Eyecare here in Hadleigh with a clear mission: to bring the "care" back into eyecare. Having worked within the industry for many years, I realised that the modern high street often prioritises speed and sales over the patient sitting in the chair. I wanted to create a space where clinical excellence is the standard, and every patient is treated like a person, not a number.
